Terms And Conditions
1) Following receipt of your 20% deposit for your activity package, accommodation and activity schedules will be confirmed.
2) All deposits are non refundable except under extenuating circumstance. Should any one person drop out, it will be possible to transfer the payment to an additional member of the party.
3) A final payment will be due two weeks before commencement of the event.
4) We reserve the right to change activities if the providers state that there is a problem due to inclement weather conditions. I must stress that this is a very rare occurrence.
5) All activity centres have a full public liability insurance however it is advisable to take out a travel and personal insurance for your own piece of mind.
6) The consumption of alcohol before an activity is not welcomed and can result in the instructors refusing clients from participating.
7) Our packaged breaks offer a winning formula and it is your duty to take advantage of an active weekend mixed with social mayhem. Data Protection:- All personal data supplied to us is kept secure and not passed on to any third parties.
